The Lanes – Mermaid Waters

The proposed new Childcare Centre for our trusted Clients from Sunkids – aims to set a new benchmark for Australia.

Designed as part of the new Precinct of The Lanes on this central Gold Coast location – our proposal began with first thoughts about a sense of “Gathering” and “Community”.

From there – we laid out a series of Activity Rooms – based around a central playscape courtyard.

The proposal is under review with the City of Gold Coast Council.
